My purchase was in good condition and exactly as described on arrival when I inspected it, I gave them high ratings but the reason I didn't give them 100% is due to problems I have heard of but I had no major problems

I did a deal with Carshop Swindon for my VW Golf. If I had to sum up how it went I would say that there was no messing around what so ever, it was very easy and I am happy with my car. You cant ask for much more as far as a review goes and yes of course I recommend them

When I visited Carshop Swindon there was a slight misunderstanding with the payment, the dealership had said they didn't receive it, with this they still allowed me to take the car away and there has been no further problems. I felt that the sales guys were just 'typical' salesmen. My experience wasn't great and I would not recommend them, hence the rating of 3 out of 5.

It started so well, great sales team, picked me up from station in the car I looked at online. Paperwork good, all paid for and away- apart from the annoying and rather patronizing effort to sell a stupidly over priced and inflexible warranty on a Honda ? Then the open road. Then co meth the squeaky brakes. 1st shot involved a trip to a Halfords on their account...the Halfords guy said they wont pay for bits - is all Im saying ! Then the stonewall from Carshop. since then ther brakes have cost lots of cash. I strongly suggest you get Everything !!!! resolved the day you buy it. Wont be going there again.
